There are currently two players who have signed up correctly -- Mark and cheezburger. I think I've figured out who the other two are, but unless they sign up with their TwixT login, they are not signed up.

I'll be posting here occasionally with the current list of players who have signed up. The "final" list will be posted in the evening (Eastern US time) of 31 Aug. However, since registration will be open until 15 Sep, there may be further updates should players choose to sign up after the start date.

There still have not been many games completed, so I'm not going to bother with current scores ...

Registration is now closed. We have a total of 13 players:

Everyone will play everyone else twice; once as red, once as black. That means we'll each be playing 12 opponents for a total of 24 games.

You'll get 2 points for a win, none for a loss, and 1 point to each player for a draw (recognized by both players agreeing to such in the chat box).

I'll be keeping track of the scores (as reported in http://twixtlive.com/forum/index.php?topic=40.0) for all 156 games. But, that's all. I won't be assigning opponents, for example. Negotiate among yourselves who is going to play whom, when and as what color.

Given tournament progress to date, I think it's more likely that I'll be posting updates about once a month, rather than weekly as I had initially anticipated.

I'm pretty sure there have been more games completed, but no results were posted. Since I'm not psychic, I don't know about game results unless you post them.

Once again, there will be 156 games in this tournament. The ONLY way for you to be able to verify that I've correctly recorded your game results is for you to include the game number, so that I can include it in the spreadsheet.

I'm still not certain I've been informed of the results of all games completed. Check the spreadsheet at the above link and if you've completed any games that aren't listed, then you need to post the results at http://tinyurl.com/y9tfdkfa. Click on that and you will be all set to enter a new reply. I need 3 items of information: the game #, who played and who won.

If we're approaching the end of the tournament in a few months and you don't have credit for all your games, I think you're going to find it substantially more difficult to find your games then vs doing so now. But it's up to you.

Seems like I neglected to post a notification that noashx has also withdrawn from the tournament -- and all his games removed.

As of this posting, there have been 78 games completed with 32 either in progress or yet to be played ( http://tinyurl.com/yddj2x4s ). Reports of completed games have slowed considerably.

Does everyone still intend to complete their tournament schedule?
